About Us:

Welcome to the homepage of Livingston High School's Theater Department in Livingston, NJ. Each year, we produce two school-wide mainstage productions, a Fall Drama and a Spring Musical. Additionally, we are responsible for a variety of other productions throughout the year. We handle all technical aspects, including the design and construction of sets, design of lights and sound, costumes, as well as many other backstage elements. Our directors, actors, dancers, musicians, singers, production staff and stage crew members all strive to produce professional-quality shows for the community. We are reflective and courageous student-leaders, scholars and artists who are committed to creating theater that transforms as well as entertains. We strive, both onstage and off, to prepare and learn about the world of professional theater, and we recognize our role as conservators in the historical arc of global theater-making.
